4 large potatoes (Yukon Gold or Russet work best)
2 tablespoons olive oil

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional, for extra flavor)
Directions:
Prepare the Potatoes: Begin by preheating your oven to 400°F (200°C). Wash and peel the potatoes, then slice them into thin, even rounds. The thinner the slices, the crispier they’ll be. Place the slices into a bowl.
