Break the eggs into a bowl, add vanilla sugar, salt and regular sugar, beat with a mixer until fluffy. Add sour cream and cottage cheese to the mixture, pour in the melted butter and continue whisking.
Pour flour and baking powder into the mixture and knead into a thick dough. Wash and dry the raisins, add to the dough and mix again.
Grease the glasses with vegetable oil and place the dough in each glass, filling the glass ⅔ full.
Bake the cakes at 170 degrees for 50 minutes.
The result is a simple and quick cake in a glass. The best option if you don’t have any molds at home.
