Ingredients:
8 slices of pork loin
200 g of
gruyere Salt and pepper
to taste 50 g of grated parmesan
parsley cheese 2 garlic spices
Breadcrumbs to taste
1 onion
Extra virgin olive oil to taste
Preparation:
1. For the filling: mix the breadcrumbs, grated cheese, salt, pepper, garlic and parsley (finely chopped).
2. Add the oil and mix well
