Sift the flour and mix with salt.
Add water and knead into a soft dough. Cover and leave for 30 minutes.
Mix vegetable oil and butter and heat until smooth.
Divide the dough into portioned balls. Lubricate with the oil mixture and leave for 10 minutes.
Roll out each bun into the thinnest layer.
Spread the filling in an even layer and roll it up. Wrap it in a snail and place it on a baking sheet covered with parchment.
Grease with beaten yolk and bake at 180 degrees for about 30 – 35 minutes.
