Terrine de Foie Gras with White Wine Flavors: A Christmas Delight 🍷🍽️
Ingredients :
1 600 g raw foie gras
15 g of salt
5 g black pepper
4 cl of sweet white wine
1 tablespoon of honey
1 branch of thyme
Preparation:
Season foie gras with salt, pepper, honey and white wine. Place it in a plate and cover with thyme. Let it marinate for 2 hours in the fridge.
Preheat the oven to 150°C. Place the foie gras in a tray and bake for 40 to 50 minutes.

Let the ground cool before refrigerating for 24 hours.
To serve, cut into thin slices and serve with gingerbread or fresh fruit.
