First way: with powdered milk
Ingredients:

1 cup powdered milk
1 cup powdered sugar
1 tablespoon melted butter
1/4 cup hot water
Instructions:

In a blender or food processor, add the powdered milk, sugar, butter and hot water. Blend well until desired consistency is achieved. If

the mixture is too thick, add a little more water.
Pour the condensed milk into an airtight jar and store in the refrigerator.
It is perfect for making ice cream and many other recipes.
