Cheese and Garlic Bread Recipe / No Kneading Required

Ingredients:

For the cheese bread:
160 ml milk
4 g (1 tbsp) instant dry yeast
30 g (3 tbsp) sugar
200 g (1 1/2 cups) bread flour
4 g (1 tsp) salt
25 g (2 1/2 tbsp) unsalted butter
160 g mozzarella cheese (cubed or grated)

For the garlic sauce:

7 g (1/2 tbsp) minced garlic
15 g (1 1/2 tbsp) sugar (adjust to your sweetness preference)
1/2 tbsp dried parsley
1/4 tsp salt
40 g mozzarella cheese (grated)

Preparation steps:
Prepare the dough: Warm milk slightly and dissolve yeast and sugar in it. Let sit for a few minutes until foamy.
In a large bowl, combine bread flour and salt. Add yeast mixture and melted unsalted butter. Knead dough until smooth and elastic, about 10 minutes by hand or 5 to 7 minutes using a mixer. Dough should be tacky but not sticky.
