Absolute Elegance: Grated Oysters with Champagne and Light Cream 🥂 🦪

24 oysters open
150 ml of Champagne
100 ml of liquid fresh cream
50 g of soft butter
4 tablespoons of hat
50 g of grated Gruyere

Preparation:

Place the open oysters in the shell on a plate. Pour a dash of champagne sauce on each oyster.
3. Gratin:
