Ingredients

3 tablespoons Makhan (Butter)
3 tablespoons Brown sugar (fine)
¼ teaspoon Vanilla essence
1 tablespoon Cream (room temperature)
1 slice Brioche bread
1 Banana
Brown sugar (fine) as required
Chopped Badam (Almonds)
1 scoop Vanilla ice cream
Instructions

Prepare the Caramel Sauce:

Melt the Makhan (butter) in a frying pan.
Add brown sugar and vanilla essence. Mix well.
Cook on low flame until the mixture caramelizes, stirring occasionally.
Turn off the flame, add cream, and mix well.
Caramelize the Bread:

Turn on the flame and place the brioche bread slice in the caramel sauce.
Coat both sides of the bread in the caramel mixture.
Cook on low flame for 4-5 minutes until the bread is caramelized.
Prepare the Banana:

Cut the banana in half lengthwise.
Sprinkle brown sugar on the cut side of the banana.
Use a blowtorch to melt the brown sugar.
Assemble the Toast:

Place the caramelized brioche bread on a serving plate.
Top with chopped almonds and a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
Drizzle with caramel sauce.
Place the caramelized banana on top.
