Ingredients
- 1 ½ cup / 150 grams Cornflakes
- 1 cup / 120 grams All Purpose Flour / Maida
- ¾ cup / 150 grams Sugar add 1 cup if you want sweet muffins
- 1 tsp Baking soda-
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- ½ or roughly a little more than ¼ cup Ripe Banana
- ¾ cup / 180 ml / 6 fluid ounces Milk
- 1 Egg
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- ¼ cup / 60 ml / 2 fluid ounces Oil
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 170 Degree C / 350 Degree F.

Grease a silicon muffin tray with some oil. If using normal tray, line it with some cupcake cases.

Take all dry ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Set this aside for a while.

Take wet ingredients in another bowl and mix well.

Add the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients and give a good mix.

Add in cornflakes and toss well with the batter.

Scoop this into muffin cases and fill till ¾ way up.

Bake it in preheated oven for 35 to 40 min or till a tooth pick inserted comes out clean.

Remove and allow it to cool down.

Enjoy with a cup of milk or tea.
