250 ml water
80g butter
1 pinch of salt
200g flour
Oil for frying
Dulce de leche (or milk jam) for garnishing
Sugar for coating
Preparation:

Heat water with butter and salt. Add the flour and mix until you have a homogeneous dough.
Fill a piping bag with a star nozzle. Heat the oil.
Form hollow churros by pressing harder when squeezing and then fry until golden brown.
After folding, garnish the churros with dulce de leche using a fine piping bag.
Coat with sugar and serve.

Ingredients:
Prepare the pastry cream: heat the milk. In a bowl, beat the egg yolks with the sugar, add the flour and then pour in the hot milk. Heat again until the mixture thickens, add the vanilla and let cool.
For the churros, heat the water with the butter and salt and then add the flour. Mix until you get a homogeneous paste.
Heat the oil and use a star piping bag to form churros. Fry them and drain them.
