Ingredients:
For the Puff Pastry Rolls:

600g (21.16 oz) puff pastry
300g (10.6 oz) cream cheese
2 cloves garlic, minced
200g (7 oz) feta cheese, crumbled
100g (3.5 oz) pressed cheese, grated
20g (0.7 oz) parsley, chopped
1 egg, beaten
50g (1.76 oz) pressed cheese, grated (for topping)
For the Sauce:

4 egg yolks
100g (3.5 oz) melted butter
20ml (0.7 fl oz) lemon juice
50ml (⅕ cup) milk
2g (0.07 oz) spicy paprika

1. Prepare the Puff Pastry Rolls: Preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F). Roll out the puff pastry and cut it into rectangles. In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, garlic, feta cheese, grated pressed cheese, and parsley until well combined.

2. Assemble the Rolls: Spread the cheese mixture onto each puff pastry rectangle and roll them up. Place the rolls on a baking tray (30 x 40 cm / 12 x 16 in) lined with parchment paper. Brush the tops with the beaten egg and sprinkle with the remaining grated pressed cheese.

3. Bake and Serve: Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy. Serve warm with the sauce.
