Prepare the Hash Brown Crust:

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).

In a large mixing bowl, combine the thawed hash browns, melted butter, 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese, salt, and pepper.

Firmly press the mixture into the bottom and sides of a greased pie dish or quiche pan.

Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the edges are golden and crispy. Remove from the oven and let it cool.

Prepare the Quiche Filling:

In another mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.

Gently fold in the chopped spinach and the remaining 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese.

Assemble the Quiche:

Pour the egg mixture into the baked hash brown crust, ensuring it’s evenly distributed.

Bake:

Reduce the oven temperature to 350°F (175°C) and bake the quiche for 30–35 minutes, or until the filling is set and lightly golden on top.

Cool and Serve:

Allow the quiche to cool for a few minutes before slicing.

Serve warm and enjoy your delicious creation!
