In a saucepan, add the condensed milk, dark chocolate and butter and cook over low heat until thickened. Add the toasted peanuts and cook until well combined.
Transfer the mixture onto the baking paper and shape with a spatula to obtain the chocolate salami. Wrap it in baking paper and transfer it to the refrigerator for at least 5 hours.
In a saucepan add the milk chocolate and let it melt. Add the vegetable oil and chopped peanuts and mix everything together.
After the time has passed, unwrap the chocolate salami from the baking paper and transfer it to the rack and pour the chocolate until all sides of the salami are covered. Let it rest to harden the chocolate layer.
Once the chocolate layer has hardened, cut it into slices and serve.
