Preparation :
Preparation of the Brownie Base: Preheat the oven to 180°C. Melt the chocolate with the butter in a bain-marie. Add the sugar and mix. Incorporate the eggs one by one, then add the flour. Pour the mixture into a square mold lined with parchment paper.
Preparation of the Cookie Dough: In a bowl, mix the soft butter with the brown sugar. Add the egg, then add the flour, baking powder and chocolate chips. Mix until you obtain a homogeneous paste.
Assembly: Spread the cookie dough over the brownie mixture, spreading it gently.
Cooking: Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, until the top is golden and crisp. Let cool before cutting into squares.
