Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Brownie Bomb Cake

Make Cookie Dough: Beat butter, sugars, cream, and vanilla until smooth. Mix in flour and salt, then fold in chocolate chips.
Assemble Cake: Place one brownie layer upside down on a plate, spread cookie dough evenly on top, then cover with the second brownie layer.
