For the Cream:

  • 2 eggs

  • 120g (0.6 cup) sugar
  • 100ml (1/2 cup) vegetable oil
  • 130ml (1/2 cup) warm milk
  • 280g (1.75 cups) flour
  • 16g (2 tsp) baking powder
  • 50g raisins

For the Egg Wash:

  • 1 egg yolk
  • 2 tablespoons milk

For Dusting:

  • Powdered sugar (optional)
