* Preparation :

1 Choose potatoes that are roughly the same size. Cook them in a large saucepan filled with boiling water. 2 Once cooked, drain and peel (be careful, it’s hot!) mash using a vegetable grinder (choose the best mesh). 3 Meanwhile, heat the milk in a small saucepan. Once it warms up, add it to the mash and mix everything together with a dough hook. to end Mix the shredded butter while whisking. Finish the seasoning with nutmeg, a pinch of freshly ground pepper and fleur de sel. Feet it right away. Enjoy!
